• No refunds or credits are offered for partial usage if a promotion ran for just a few days.

• If ViralSweep was used in the past but never cancelled, a refund will not be issued for all of the unused time, but a refund of the three most recent months that were billed may be issued.
• If the trial was used, were billed, and any of the paid services or features were used before cancelling, a refund will not be issued.
• If a campaign was set up and then wished to cancel and restart when the campaign is set to go live, a refund will not be issued. Billing is not based on the start and end dates of the campaign, but rather, from when the sign up to when the cancellation occurs.
• If the account was paused for more than 90 days and were subscribed to the $10/mo storage plan, refunds will not be issued for this plan.
• If there was an active promotion that was collecting data within the billing period, a refund will not be issued.
